智通财经APP获悉，近日，高盛(GS.US)公布了最新的领导层变动。全球并购业务联席主管Stephan Feldgoise和即将成为全球银行及市场部主管的Joshua Schiffrin两位合伙人加入管理委员会。同时，管委会成员Ericka Leslie被任命为首席行政官(Chief Administrative Officer, CAO)。
在CAO职位上，Ericka Leslie将致力于推动OneGS 3.0的实施，助力公司推进运营系统转型，并创造更多资源用于业务增长。她将继续担任管理委员会成员。
高盛管理委员会，是高盛最高级别的管理机构，负责监督战略、资本配置和高层领导决策。其成员每周召开会议，制定公司的议程。随着最新2位成员的加入，届时管理委员会成员总数将达到47人。
高盛董事长兼首席执行官David Solomon表示：“Stephan和Joshua都展现了对公司业务、客户特许经营及全球市场的深刻理解。我们期待能从他们在全球银行与市场领域的领导能力、丰富专业知识以及加入管理委员会后的缜密观点和见解中获益。”
