路透5月7日 - Americold Realty Trust COLD.N 周四表示，已与投资公司 EQT 旗下的 Active Core Infrastructure基金成立一家合资企业，该企业将专注于北美地区的冷库业务。

根据协议，这家温控仓库运营商将向合资企业注入12处冷库设施，成立之初总价值超过13亿美元。Americold 表示，预计将获得约11亿美元的净现金收益，计划用于偿还债务。

Americold Realty Trust的股价在盘前交易中上涨了 3%以上 。

随着食品企业和零售商寻求强化供应链并处理日益增长的新鲜及冷冻商品，冷藏空间需求正持续攀升，这使得温控物流成为北美食品基础设施中日益关键的一环。
