智通财经APP获悉，内房股延续近期反弹，截至发稿，龙湖集团(00960)涨4.27%，报9.04港元；富力地产(02777)涨4.17%，报0.375港元；华润置地(01109)涨2.65%，报36.44港元；越秀地产(00123)涨2.07%，报4.43港元。
消息面上，今年的五一假期，伴随着多个城市楼市新政密集落地，叠加市场信心持续修复，房地产市场热度持续攀升。五一期间，多地新房和二手房的咨询量、成交量均有明显增加。数据显示，五一前四天，北京二手房成交套数同比增长72%。4月份，上海二手房累计网签量达28742套，创近10年同期新高。
平安证券指出，尽管楼市回暖可能存在反复，包括即使个别城市短期复苏，到资本市场确认及形成一致预期也需要时间，但当前头部房企如招商蛇口、保利发展均不到800亿市值，在年报业绩风险释放、市场对楼市回暖缺乏预期的背景下，向下风险有限。近期多地政策出台，4月十大城市一、二手成交套数同比增长7.6%、8.5%，行业积极边际变化持续显现，后续一旦市场对楼市拐点形成共识，向上弹性较大。
