　　截至发稿，道琼斯工业平均指数上涨约1.2%，报49864.23点；标普500指数上涨1.2%，报7347.84点；纳斯达克综合指数涨幅达1.7%，报25749.83点。

　　人工智能热潮仍是市场上涨的核心驱动力。超威半导体此前公布的第二季度营收展望超出市场预期，主要得益于数据中心芯片需求强劲，其股价盘中飙升约17%。其他芯片股同步走高，英特尔上涨约2.7%，美超微因第四季度业绩展望乐观而大涨超16%。谷歌母公司Alphabet上涨约1.5%，英伟达上涨约4%。

　　地缘政治方面，市场对美伊和平协议的期待持续升温。据报道，双方正接近达成一份一页式谅解备忘录，可能为结束冲突和重启霍尔木兹海峡铺平道路。受此影响，国际油价大幅下跌，布伦特原油期货下挫约6.6%，能源板块承压走低约3%。

　　经济数据方面，美国4月ADP私营部门就业人数增加10.9万人，创下2025年1月以来的最大单月增幅，进一步提振了市场对经济软着陆的信心。
