金吾财讯 | 据报道，纽约州共同退休基金正重新评估其在道达尔能源（TTE）的持股，起因是该公司接受特朗普政府近 10 亿美元资金，终止两项美国海上风电租赁，并将投资转向化石燃料领域。
纽约州审计长、退休基金受托人托马斯・迪纳波利，已致信道达尔能源首席执行官帕特里克・普亚尼，对该公司的战略一致性、财务纪律及风险管理提出 “重大担忧”。他表示，该公司与美国政府的这笔交易给公司及其投资者带来风险，而基金始终基于可靠的转型计划评估企业，投资组合公司的战略倒退可能影响基金的风险评估结果及代理投票决定。
据悉，该基金在道达尔能源的持股规模较小，即便减持也仅具象征意义。但此次信函也反映出，市场对特朗普政府利用租赁退款叫停海上风电项目的抵制情绪正不断升温，同时也让能源企业陷入两难 —— 一边是试图阻止可再生能源发展的共和党，一边是推动可再生能源的民主党，企业战略选择面临双重压力。
