智通财经APP讯，JBB BUILDERS(01903)发布公告，公司于2026年5月8日与厦门见福连锁管理有限公司(战略伙伴)签订为期六个月的谅解备忘录。根据谅解备忘录，集团将与战略伙伴相互合作，共同开拓马来西亚及新加坡的连锁便利店商机。各方将就此次合作进行可行性研究，并探讨潜在的商业模式。
战略伙伴为根据中国法律成立的有限公司，其主要业务为在中国境内管理及经营便利店。战略伙伴已透过运营直营店、特许经营及批发供应链业务，构建“品牌+运营+供应链”的业务体系，涵盖产品研发、商业贸易、仓储物流、信息智能、直播电商、研发检测等多个领域。
公司认为，此次合作乃进军马来西亚及新加坡的便利店业务的良机，因双方均表示对连锁零售业有兴趣及希望未来进行合作。此次合作预计将透过结合集团在马来西亚及新加坡已建立的当地业务网络与资源，以及战略伙伴在零售特许经营与供应链方面的丰富经验，创造显著的营运协同效应。凭借这些互补优势，集团将能充分把握马来西亚及新加坡零售业的新商机。
