智通财经APP获悉，周五，“英伟达亲儿子”CoreWeave(CRWV.US)盘初跌超11%，现报113.57美元。消息面上，CoreWeave第一季度实现总营收20.8亿美元，同比增长112%，高于LSEG一致预期的19.7亿美元。这一增速不仅延续了公司上市以来的高增长态势，更使其成为AI基础设施赛道中增速最快的上市公司之一。然而，比营收更令人瞩目的是利润端的大幅恶化。在GAAP口径下，CoreWeave第一季度净亏损高达7.40亿美元，较上年同期的3.15亿美元亏损同比扩大135%，净亏损率达36%。调整后净亏损为5.89亿美元，调整后净亏损率为28%，均较上年同期大幅恶化。
如果说利润承压尚在预期之中，那么Q2指引的低迷则彻底打破了市场的幻想。CoreWeave给出的第二季度营收指引为24.5亿至26亿美元，以中值25.3亿美元计算，低于分析师一致预期的约27亿美元。调整后运营利润指引仅为3000万至9000万美元，远低于市场预期的约1.54亿美元。更令投资者失望的是，公司维持了全年营收12亿至13亿美元的指引不变，并未如部分乐观分析师预期的那样"上调全年展望"。
