湖南邵阳的尹先生向潇湘晨报晨视频记者反映，4月24日他在“同程旅行”购买了从广东深圳到湖南邵东市的高铁票，付款388.24元，车次车厢座位在购票后均有显示。

5月1日他去深圳北站，可是进不了站，显示“无有效电子票”。他打了同程旅行的投诉电话，“客服解释是票方录入失误”，尹先生希望可以尽快上车，客服称已经做不到了。高铁开车后，尹先生无奈在高铁站留了一夜，并重新购买了车票。

之后，尹先生继续与同程旅行客服协商，尹先生要求道歉、退票并且退一赔三等，客服一开始说，可以退票加补偿80元的卡券，之后客服回复，可以赔付一千一百余元，均被尹先生拒绝。尹先生在社交平台发布视频讲述自己的遭遇。后来客服回复，再补贴三百元，总共一千四百余元，对此尹先生接受了。

5月5日，同程旅行的客服告诉记者，此事已经协商成功，他们赔付尹先生1468.5元，目前已经向其打款。客服称，出现尹先生遇到的情况，是出现了信息回调错误，“这张车票在操作过程中没有成功，本身应该是出票失败的，但是回调发生了错误，页面显示为购票成功，页面展示误导了当事人。”
