IT之家 5 月 8 日消息，据“大厂日爆”今日消息，鹅厂（此处应该是指腾讯）研发实习生今年将迎来大涨薪，RD 月薪为 11000+2000 房补，比去年 7500 的 base 提升了近 50%，本调整今年尚未官宣，但和内部同学了解到，今年涨薪已经定调。这也是继字节、阿里后今年又一家给实习生涨薪的大厂。
报道还称，百度新职级调整 5 月正式落地，新老职级对应关系开奖，原来的 P4 变 7 级，原来的 P5 变 8 级、P6 变 9 级，以此类推一对一进行映射。所有人数字等级原地 +3。
此外，报道称百度五一节前在外包盘点，部分北京研发的外包，可选去西安或去成都，或者直接退场。
百度 4 月 28 日发布全员信，通知职级体系大调整。中管层以下的专业通道与管理通道全面打通，原有职级字母标签统一为 5 级至 12 级的数字职级体系，于 5 月 1 日正式生效。第一财经报道提到，百度称此举是为了打破机制性壁垒，让员工的成长不再受通道和标签的限制，为公司储备更多能打硬仗的复合型领军人才。
今年 3 月，百度宣布启动面向 2027 届在校生的暑期实习招聘项目，开放超过 5000 个实习 offer。IT之家注意到，这是百度历年来设置业务实习专项最多的一次，包含管培实习生计划在内的 7 大业务实习专项同步对外公布。
而腾讯今年 3 月宣布全球招聘超 1 万名实习生，第一个提到的是 AI 相关方向岗位，包括多模态、自然语言处理、推荐算法等。
