黑石集团下调私募信贷基金一季度估值Matt Tracy
路透5月7日 - 资产管理公司黑石集团（Blackstone）BX.N周四表示，其旗下私募信贷基金“黑石担保贷款基金”（Blackstone Secured Lending Fund）BXSL.N在第一季度的净值有所下调。
根据其财报披露，黑石担保贷款基金的每股净资产价值（NAV）按公允价值计算，在第一季度下跌了2.4%，至26.26美元。
随着人工智能的进步威胁到软件行业企业的商业模式，投资者开始更密切地关注被称为“商业发展公司”的私募信贷基金的投资组合。
根据季度报告，截至3月底，黑石担保贷款基金（Blackstone Secured Lending Fund）的大部分投资集中在软件领域，按公允价值计算，其投资组合中约20%为软件企业。
该基金还宣布派发每股77美分的股息。其第四季度的股息派发额为每股80美分。
该基金表示，第一季度其投资组合内收回了4.5亿美元，而新投资总额接近3.25亿美元。
