ChainCatcher 消息，云锋金融（00376.HK）旗下“云锋有鱼”平台正式推出“实物黄金代币”产品，面向完成专业投资者（PI）认证的用户开放。该产品由 AlphaToken 提供区块链及 RWA 代币化基础设施支持，旨在为专业投资者提供合规的黄金数字化资产配置服务。
据介绍，该黄金代币以 LBMA 认证、纯度达 99.99% 的实物黄金作为底层锚定资产，每枚代币对应 1 克黄金，相关资产由国际认证金库托管，并通过独立审计及全额隔离保管机制确保透明与安全。
AlphaToken 表示，其基于自主构建的 AlphaChain 网络及 RWA Tokenization 技术体系，已将 KYC、AML、资产发行、审计与风控等合规流程嵌入底层基础设施之中，为持牌金融机构提供链上发行与管理能力。
云锋金融称，此次产品上线是其在现实世界资产（RWA）领域的重要布局，未来还将结合 AI 与 Web3 技术，进一步推出面向机构及专业投资者的链上财富管理产品。
