智通财经APP获悉，媒体报道称，高瓴投资(Hillhouse Investment)即将达成协议，拟收购Marsh(MRSH.US)旗下主要服务亚洲地区高净值人士的金融风险管理及人寿保险经纪业务。知情人士透露，相关公司正在商讨协议，最早可能于周五(5月8日)公布。据悉，高瓴的出价在竞购中击败了其他私募股权公司，最有可能成为Public Client Services(PCS)的潜在买家。
PCS隶属于Marsh旗下的美世子公司。官网显示，该公司为约50个市场共超过8,000名客户提供金融风险管理及人寿保险服务，并在新加坡、香港、上海、日内瓦及苏黎世设有办事处。
消息人士在2月份表示，Marsh正在考虑与顾问合作，出售PCS以精简其全球资产组合，交易可能使公司的估值达到数亿美元。
