消息面上，随着全球新能源产业的持续扩张，市场对碳化硅材料的需求正呈现爆发式增长。碳化硅材料也是AI产业增长与创新的必然选择，在数据中心、电力基础设施与终端应用上均具有巨大潜力。值得关注的是，AIDC供电走向800VHVDC技术架构，SiC功率器件迎来新增量；此前，台积电在法说会上明确表示，先进封装产能非常紧张，核心战略是发展更大尺寸的CoWoS技术。
2025年，天岳先进导电型碳化硅衬底的市占率达到了27.6%，超越Wolfspeed问鼎全球第一。其中，公司8英寸碳化硅衬底的市占率更是以51.3%的市场份额遥遥领先。国投证券指出，公司于2024年推出业内首款12英寸碳化硅衬底，于2025年完成了12英寸导电N型和导电P型、半绝缘型碳化硅衬底全系列产品的技术攻关，将全球碳化硅衬底行业全面带入12英寸新时代。
