ChainCatcher 消息，Anchorage Digital 联合创始人兼联合创始人 Nathan McCauley 在 X 平台发文宣布推出 Agentic Banking，旨在为 AI 系统提供合规、可治理的资金访问能力，涵盖身份认证、策略控制及跨加密与传统金融体系的结算能力，使 AI 能够在受监管框架内直接参与经济活动。该体系依托其美国联邦特许加密银行资质，能够提供合规的“执行层”，确保交易具备权限控制、实时风控及可审计性。
Nathan McCauley 补充指出，金融体系正进入“自主化时代”，AI 正从辅助决策工具转向可独立执行任务的主体，包括执行工作流、参与谈判及代表机构开展运营。当前金融系统尚未为“非人类参与者”做好准备，缺乏面向 AI 的身份体系、策略执行机制及合规资金接入方式，导致机构在自动化与风险之间被迫权衡。
Anchorage 此前已与 Google Cloud 达成合作，后者将构建“智能层”，支持 AI 代理之间的发现、协作与决策，而 Anchorage 负责资金执行与结算，推动机构级数字资产基础设施上云，整合托管、密钥管理、交易治理及质押等能力，帮助金融机构将稳定币及数字资产嵌入自身产品。
