智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)发布公告，于2026年5月5日，租户(国际富旭有限公司，为公司的直接全资附属公司)与业主(吴强先生及黄培华女士)就租赁该物业订立租赁协议，自2026年5月5日起至2029年5月4日(包括首尾两日)止，为期3年。物业为中国香港九龙尖东科学馆道1号康宏广场北座5楼12室。
集团拟将该物业用作集团于香港的主要办事处。集团现时的主要办事处之租赁协议将于2026年7月5日届满。该物业的楼面面积较集团现时的主要办事处为大，足以应付集团的营运需要，并有利于业务的未来扩张及增长。
