智通财经APP讯，承达集团(01568)发布公告，公司于2026年5月5日与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理拟促使不少于6名承配人认购配售股份。假设于本公告日期至完成日期已发行股份将不会有任何变动，配售项下的最多配售股份数目为2200万股股份，相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后的已发行股份总数约1.01%。每股配售股份的配售价为0.66港元，较股份于配售协议日期在联交所所报收市价每股0.74港元折让约10.81%。
假设配售股份获悉数配售，配售所得款项总额预计合共约为1450万港元，而配售所得款项净额预计合共约为1420万港元。公司就每股配售股份的净价估计约为0.643港元。公司拟将配售所得款项净额用作集团的一般营运资金。
