日前，记者走进位于唐山海港经济开发区的河北扩疆铁塔50万吨铁塔智能制造项目（以下简称“扩疆铁塔项目”）现场，作为省重点项目，扩疆铁塔项目始终将“智造”贯穿建设与生产全过程。

车间内，塔脚焊接机器人精准舞动机械臂，光纤激光切割机平稳运转。“这是我们铁塔智能制造的‘秘密武器’。”项目技术总监马江桥介绍，从上料、钻孔、打字、切割到焊接、镀锌，项目全程实现智能化控制，整体技术水平位居国内前列。

走进镀锌车间，记者闻不到异味，也看不到烟尘。马江桥介绍，他们采用负压镀锌车间，可防止气体逃逸，镀锌烟尘经高效除尘系统净化后排放。

按照“分期建设、滚动投产”模式，总投资7.5亿元的铁塔“智造”基地正加速崛起。近年来，唐山市钢铁生产基地向沿海布局，海港经开区及周边聚集了多家钢铁企业。作为“吃钢”大户，扩疆铁塔项目采用“就地取材、就近转化”模式，每年可消耗本地钢材60多万吨，助力钢铁产业上下游协同发展。
