智通财经APP获悉，易方达亚洲半导体ETF(03486)大涨超8%创新高，该ETF追踪Solactive亚洲半导体精选指数，覆盖SK海力士、台积电、中芯国际、华虹半导体等30家亚洲半导体龙头，涵盖芯片设计、制造、封测、设备材料等核心环节。截至发稿，涨8.16%，报20.54港元，报2492.39万港元。
消息面上，全球芯片龙头业绩多数超预期，产业景气度持续高企。昨晚，费城半导体指数大涨超4%；韩股市场上半导体龙头再度飙升，三星电子一度暴拉16%，SK海力士涨超10%，两者均创下历史新高；此外，港A两地半导体板块今日亦大幅走强。高盛在此前研报中对半导体行业持积极看法，预期AI相关需求激增将推动板块进一步上涨。买方机构投资者也正在将资金从软件、互联网平台向半导体硬件产业链集中。
