Under Armour周二盘前公布截至3月31日的2026财年第四季度财报，业绩大幅低于市场预期，导致股价暴跌14%。
财报显示，公司季度营收为11.7亿美元，远低于伦敦证券交易所集团分析师预期的16.8亿美元。在盈利方面，公司报告每股亏损3美分，而市场预期为亏损2美分，同样不及预期。
与此同时，公司发布了疲弱的2027财年展望。Under Armour预计全年营收将出现低个位数下降，而分析师平均预期为增长1.6%至50.5亿美元。这一悲观预期主要反映了北美这一关键市场消费支出疲软及宏观经济不确定性带来的持续压力。
近年来，Under Armour一直面临销售挑战。自创始人Kevin Plank于2025年3月重返首席执行官岗位以来，公司持续推进业务重组。然而，通胀高企及关税政策带来的不确定性，持续压制北美市场需求。截至目前，公司约30%的商品采购来自越南，面临20%的关税风险。
投资者对财报的反应极为负面，Under Armour股价在周二盘前交易时段已下跌约14%。
