智通财经APP讯，中国金茂(00817)发布公告，于2026年5月12日，项目公司(包括青岛方辉置业有限公司、青岛方腾置业有限公司、青岛方跃置业有限公司、青岛方辰置业有限公司、青岛方川置业有限公司、青岛材茂置业有限公司、青岛德茂置业有限公司、青岛松茂置业有限公司、青岛腾茂置业有限公司、青岛茂章置业有限公司，均为本公司的间接非全资附属公司)与其股东(包括兴茂置业、凯喜、豪吉置业、豪庆置业及中海发展)订立新框架协议，据此，项目公司将在新框架协议的期限内继续向各股东(或其各自指定的实体)提供贷款。新框架协议将自2026年5月13日起生效，为期3年。
项目公司销售情况良好、销售回款充裕，董事认为，由项目公司向其股东提供贷款，可减少其现金结余的闲置状况，充分发挥资金优势，合理配置资源，提高资金使用率，满足本集团于其他开发项目的发展及财政需要。项目公司所提供予其股东(或其各自指定的实体)的贷款，金额将与本公司(透过兴茂置业及凯喜)、中国平安(透过豪吉置业及豪庆置业)及中海发展所持项目公司的股权比例对等，且其他贷款交易的条款与条件亦相同。
