智通财经APP讯，安靠智电(300617.SZ)发布公告，公司与苏州星辰瀑布电力科技有限公司(简称“星辰瀑布”)就委托研发固态变压器(SST)签订《关于固态变压器(SST)合作协议》。公司提供3000万元研发资金，合作期限36个月。
苏州星辰瀑布电力科技有限公司是一家专注于FPGA(现场可编程门阵列)芯片原语级算法和三代半导体功率电子技术的高科技企业，致力于为AI算力中心、新能源汽车超充、新能源电力电子、航空航天通信等关键领域提供高性能、高可靠性、高性价比的能源与计算解决方案。
本次委托研发SST及后续产业化(或有)将打通公司在AIDC整体供电系统中的“重要一环”，形成“智慧模块化变电站+GIL+SST”的“组合拳”效应，有利于公司后续AIDC领域的业务开拓。
