Shares of Monday.com soared Monday after the maker of work management software's first-quarter earnings and revenue blew past Wall Street expectations.

The company posted adjusted earnings of $1.15 a share for the quarter, up from $1.10 a year ago and ahead of analysts' consensus estimates of 93 cents. Revenue jumped 24% from last year to $351 million, above Wall Street's call for $339 million.

Monday.com stock surged 23% in premarket trading. Shares had plummeted 51% this year as of Friday as investors worried that artificial intelligence would disrupt Monday.com's customer acquisition channels and make some enterprise software products obsolete.

The company now expects revenue to grow between 19% and 20% to around $1.47 billion in 2026, up slightly from a previous range of $1.45 to $1.46 billion.
