路透5月11日 - 在美国总统特朗普即将启程前往中国进行会谈之前不久，两名美国众议员将于周一提出一项议案，旨在加强美国政府对中国汽车制造商进入美国市场的禁令。
该议案将把拜登政府实施的一项规定写入法律。该规定实际上禁止所有中国汽车制造商在美国销售乘用车，并将采取其他措施，阻止中国车企进入美国轻型汽车市场。
众议院中国特别委员会主席共和党众议员穆勒纳尔和民主党众议员丁格尔将联合提出这项议案。此前，参议院共和党议员莫雷诺和民主党议员斯洛特金已于上月提交了该议案的参议院版本。(完)
