Carlyle Secured Lending（CGBD）周一发布2026年第一季度财报，同时宣布将季度基础股息重置为每股0.35美元，并计划在年内再完成两期CLO（贷款抵押债券）定价。

　　财报显示，CGBD第一季度净投资收益为每股0.36美元，净资产价值因利差扩大导致的未实现亏损环比下降2.3%至每股15.89美元。公司同时宣布，董事会已于4月29日批准第二季度股息为每股0.35美元，将于7月16日派发。首席执行官Alex Chi表示，此次调整是为了“使基础股息与当前投资组合收益更好地匹配”，同时保留未来盈利增长时发放补充股息的灵活性。

　　在平台扩张方面，公司披露其两项合资平台已取得显著进展。Middle Market Credit Fund规模已达10亿美元，为CGBD带来15.3%的年化收益率；Structured Credit Partners已买入超10亿美元优先担保贷款，并完成两期CLO定价。管理层在财报电话会上表示，计划2026年内再完成两期CLO定价，以推动净资产价值增长。

　　值得注意的是，公司拥有约每股0.70美元的溢出收入作为缓冲资金。管理层预计第二季度将是盈利低谷，此后随着合资平台持续扩张将逐步回升。
