太空科技公司York Space Systems周一股价大幅下挫，此前做空机构Wolfpack Research宣布已建立空头头寸，并发布做空报告，直指该公司对五角大楼单一客户的过度依赖正面临重大风险。

　　Wolfpack Research在报告中指出，York Space Systems 2025年高达96%的营收来自向五角大楼旗下太空发展局出售卫星。然而，五角大楼已于今年4月下旬宣布取消对太空发展局“第3批次传输层”项目的未来资金支持，并着手解散太空发展局。

　　做空机构进一步披露，该传输层项目将被“太空数据网络”取代。根据4月28日公开的五角大楼预算文件，SpaceX旗下的Starshield已被列为太空数据网络的指定供应商，文件中并未提及针对第二家卫星供应商的竞争性招标安排。

　　Wolfpack Research还与多名前员工进行了交流，这些员工对York提出批评，称该公司在争取合同时存在欺骗太空发展局的行为，并在生产过程中偷工减料，交付的卫星其关键任务软件尚未完成开发。

　　York Space Systems于今年1月完成IPO，其增长预期建立在此前为太空发展局持续供货的基础之上。该公司定于本周三举行下一次财报电话会议。截至发稿，York Space Systems尚未对做空报告作出正式回应。
