Hyperscale Data's subsidiary, Omnipresent Robotics, has agreed to buy 143 robots from Singapore-based Agibot.

Under the agreement, which Hyperscale Data announced Monday, Agibot authorizes Omnipresent Robotics to resell the products under its own brand. Agibot will also assist Omnipresent in establishing a robotics data collection center at Hyperscale Data's Michigan Data Center. The 100,000 square-foot site is expected to become Omnipresent's U.S. hub for generating robotics datasets and training artificial intelligence models embedded in robotic bodies.

The agreement formalizes a prior partner agreement between the companies that was formed on April 15. Hyperscale Data operates data centers for artificial intelligence.
