BuzzFeed said media mogul Byron Allen will buy a majority stake and become chair and CEO. Shares more than doubled to $1.77 in after-hours trading Monday.

Hims & Hers Health swung to a loss as expenses rose. The stock fell 12% to $25.67 after the bell.

GoPro is engaged in a strategic review after receiving several inquiries related to mergers and acquisitions. Shares gained 13% to $1.49 after hours.

GitLab said it will cut an undetermined number of jobs, and plans to use AI to automate some functions after the layoffs. The stock fell 7% to $23.75 in late trade.
