QBE Insurance Group (ASX:QBE) plans to issue wholesale Australian dollar-denominated floating rate capital notes, subject to market conditions, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company expects the proceeds of the proposed issuance to fund additional Tier 1 capital.
