消息面上，远洋服务近日披露一项关联交易及须予披露交易：公司全资附属公司远洋亿家，将收购关联方北京远新持有的191个北京车位，总对价人民币3133.34万元，全部用于抵销等额应收保证金，不涉及现金支付。
公告显示，因原2022年框架协议到期，关联方现金流紧张，难以现金退还保证金，公司选择以资抵债，旨在压降应收款风险、保障股东利益，且不影响公司现金流。公告称，其中139个车位已出租，预计可形成稳定租金流入。
