消息面上，环球新材国际此前发布2025年业绩，全年实现收入29.17亿，同比增长76.9%；净利润亏损3.06亿，同期盈利3.2亿；归母净利润亏损3.81亿，同期盈利2.42亿。若剔除因收购、资产公平值调整等一次性项目影响，经调整净利润2.55亿元，同期为3.20亿元。
国投证券国际发布研报称，公司完成对德国Susonity业务收购并表。然而，由于德国、美国及日本等高成本国家的生产基地毛利率较低，以及并购产生的存货公允价值增值在销售时一次性计入成本，减少毛利约1.59亿元，该分部在2025年录得分部亏损4.10亿元。考虑并购带来的一次性费用，下调26年净利润预期，维持27年净利润预期。
