ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bitcoin.com 报道，Strategy 执行主席 Michael Saylor 近期发文阐释 STRC 作为比特币相关投资工具的低波动性定位。
STRC 是 Strategy 的永续优先股，年股息率 11.5%，按月以现金支付，股息率每月调整以鼓励交易靠近 100 美元面值并减少价格波动。Saylor 表示，STRC 是为收入、稳定性、流动性和本金保护而设计的信用产品，由公司的比特币和美元资产支持，优先股结构比债务更具可扩展性和持久性。
Strategy 提议将 STRC 股息支付频率从每月一次改为每月两次（15 日和月末），年股息总额不变，旨在稳定价格、抑制周期性、提升流动性。Saylor 用比喻区分三者：STRC 是客机，BTC 是战斗机，MSTR 是火箭船。Strategy 目前持有 818,334 枚比特币，占 2,100 万枚总供应量的约 3.9%。STRC 在九个月内规模已达 85 亿美元。
