英伟达周一宣布，已任命高盛集团前副董事长苏珊·诺拉·约翰逊为公司董事，该项任命将于2026年7月13日正式生效。届时，英伟达董事会将由此前的10人扩大至11人，约翰逊预计将在审计委员会任职。
约翰逊现年68岁，拥有哈佛大学法学院法学博士学位及南加州大学文学学士学位。她在高盛集团任职超过二十年，曾担任全球市场研究所主席、全球研究主管及全球医疗保健业务主管，在高盛内部积累了从研究到投资银行等多领域的丰富经验。
目前，约翰逊还担任辉瑞制药公司的董事，并兼任其审计委员会主席、执行委员会及监管与合规委员会委员。此前，她在Intuit公司担任董事会主席近二十年，近期刚刚卸任。
