智通财经APP讯，佛朗斯股份(02499)发布公告，所有先决条件已获达成，且完成已于2026年5月11日落实。于完成后，根据认购协议的条款及条件，1450万股H股(相当于经发行认购股份扩大后公司已发行股本约4.00%)已根据一般授权按认购价每股认购股份6.02港元配发及发行予认购人。认购事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为8730万港元及8680万港元。
