受中东地缘政治局势及国际能源价格持续走高影响，美国天然气企业WhiteHawk于当地时间11日正式提交首次公开募股（IPO）申请。招股书显示，该公司2025年度营收实现超六倍的大幅激增。

　　根据公开披露的财务数据，截至2025年12月31日，总部位于宾夕法尼亚州费城的WhiteHawk全年实现营收6760万美元，较上一年度的950万美元激增615%；同期净亏损由1160万美元显著收窄至360万美元。据悉，该公司计划在纽约证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码为“WHK”，由雷蒙德詹姆斯（Raymond James）、斯蒂费尔（Stifel）及摩根大通担任联席主承销商。

　　WhiteHawk成立于2022年，核心业务集中于阿巴拉契亚盆地（Appalachian）与海恩斯维尔盆地（Haynesville），管理约340万英亩的天然气矿产及特许权使用费权益。自成立以来，该公司已通过八起重大收购案实现业务版图的快速扩张。

　　市场分析指出，中东地区冲突持续推升国际原油及天然气价格，极大提升了美国能源资产的资本吸引力，为油气及相关企业进入资本市场创造了有利窗口期。此前，钻井设备制造商HMH已于今年4月在纽约成功上市，另一家聚焦二叠纪盆地（Permian）的能源企业EagleRock亦计划于本周完成挂牌。
