智通财经APP讯，HERALD HOLD(00114)发布公告，本集团预期截至2026年3月31日止年度录得的股东应占净溢利应在4500万港元至5500万港元的范围内(截至2025年3月31日止年度：3290万港元)。该等变化主要来自出售两幅位于上海的土地(出售)所获得除税后一次性收益约1800万港元。
尽管获得上述的一次性收益及录得理想业绩，管理层对本集团于来年的业绩仍十分关注。由于原料、劳工及物流成本于制造行业内持续高企，与此同时，客户亦不断对单价下调施加压力，以致边际利润缩减。再者，人民币升值亦导致本集团于中国内地的生产及营运成本进一步受压。
