智通财经APP讯，车市科技(01490)发布公告，继股东于2026年3月27日举行的股东特别大会上通过特别决议案批准删除公司中文名称后，开曼群岛公司注册处已于2026年4月8日签发出更改公司名称的公司注册证书，证明中文名称“车市科技有限公司”已删除，而该变更已记入开曼群岛公司注册处处长备存的登记册内，自2026年4月8日起生效。本公司的英文名称“AI X Tech Inc.”维持不变。
香港公司注册处处长已于2026年4月30日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书，确认本公司根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册的名称为“AI X Tech Inc.”，并删除中文名称“车市科技有限公司”。
于删除公司中文名称生效后，现有中文股份简称“车市科技”将不再使用，而英文股份简称“AI X TECH”维持不变，自2026年5月15日上午九时正起生效。本公司于联交所的股份代号将维持不变为“01490”。
