DroneShield Says JPMorgan Chase Becomes Substantial Holder; Shares Fall 15%

DroneShield (ASX:DRO) received notice that JPMorgan Chase and its affiliates became a substantial holder of the company on May 7, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
JPMorgan Chase now owns 46.2 million shares in the company, representing 5% of the issued shares, the filing said.
The company's shares fell around 15% in recent Tuesday trade.
