证券日报网5月10日讯 ，顺丰控股在接受调研者提问时表示，在治理与战略协同方面，KLN为独立港股上市公司，双方协同以严格遵守两地监管与披露要求为前提。顺丰首席财务官兼任KLN首席战略主管，推动双方战略方向全面拉通。在业务与科技融合方面，双方在客户引荐、资源互补方面成效显著，尤其在国际货代与供应链业务间形成优势互补，在合规框架内有序推进信息化系统融通，融通节奏逐年加快。在文化与组织协作方面，文化融合是企业管理中最具挑战的环节之一，两家独立上市公司的协作涉及多重合规约束。但随着双方战略方向拉通、团队紧密协作，后续协同将提速。未来，在经营管理和资源整合方面，KLN在东南亚及全球多地本地化渗透优势显著，有效整合其区域网络与人才资源，将为顺丰全球化布局提供有力支撑，在业务拓展与财务表现上持续释放更大的协同增长潜力。
