消息面上，协合新能源此前发布公告，集团开发的1吉瓦容量数据中心，已完成大型负荷并网研究，并获得得克萨斯州电力可靠性委员会(ERCOT)授予的并网许可。该数据中心将毗邻集团位于得克萨斯州其中一个现有公共事业规模太阳能及电池储能项目。
国元国际指出，公司正处于从“国内新能源运营商”向“全球AI数据中心清洁电力供应商”的战略转型关键期。国内2025年业绩利空已充分释放，2026年资产处置、降本增效、融资成本下行三重因素驱动盈利修复；海外美国数据中心业务则打开中长期成长空间，PPA 15年电价锁定为估值重塑提供坚实基础。
