5月9日，天津市邮政管理局发布消息：市邮政管理局约谈京东、菜鸟区域总部。

近日，市邮政管理局约谈京东、菜鸟两家快递品牌区域总部相关负责人，要求企业严格落实统一管理责任，加强基层网点管理。

市邮政管理局通报了近期执法检查发现的问题，并对企业提出工作要求：一是严格按照《天津市寄递企业市级管理机构落实主体责任工作指引》，抓好天津区域网点和人员管理，扎实开展安全教育培训和安全隐患排查整治，刚性落实邮件快件收寄验视、实名寄递、过机安检“三项制度”，守牢寄递渠道安全防线。二是全面加强基层网点安全风险防范，落实分级分类管理，执行服务标准要求，提升寄递服务质量，及时妥善处理寄递服务纠纷。
