National Energy Services Reunited（NESR）周一发布2026年第一季度财报，同时宣布将从第四季度起启动每股0.10美元的季度股息，并授权5000万美元股票回购计划。公司重申2026年实现20亿美元年化营收运行率的目标。

财报显示，NESR一季度营收达4.046亿美元，同比增长33.5%，创历史新高，超出市场预期的3.764亿美元。净利润为2380万美元，同比大增129%，较上一季度增长逾一倍。调整后每股收益为0.26美元，较去年同期的0.14美元增长86%，超出分析师预期的0.21美元。调整后EBITDA为7670万美元，利润率为19%，其中包含约400万美元的地缘冲突相关额外货运及物流成本。

公司宣布启动资本回报计划，自2026年第四季度起每季度派息0.10美元（年化0.40美元），并授权未来12个月内回购最多5000万美元普通股。首席财务官Stefan Angeli表示，此举反映了公司对现金流持续性的信心，旨在建立可持续的基础股息。

运营层面，公司在沙特Jafurah项目的持续推进及科威特、北非新合同带动下保持强劲增长。尽管区域局势动荡，公司维持“100%客户运营可靠性”，并建立了30天、60天、90天供应链保障体系。管理层预计全年EBITDA利润率维持在21%至21.5%水平，自由现金流转化率约为35%至40%，全年资本支出预计约1.8亿美元。
