历经多年维权博弈，备受关注的谭木匠控股有限公司（以下简称“谭木匠”）与苏州建兴置业有限公司（以下简称“建兴置业”）之间历时逾十年的物业纠纷案近日出现新进展。谭木匠在历经一审、二审、再审驳回后，依法向江苏省苏州市人民检察院申请检察监督。据悉，近期，苏州市人民检察院经依法审查，认为该案符合受理条件，正式决定予以受理。这标志着谭木匠通过法律监督渠道寻求救济的努力取得新进展。
据了解，该案背景为，此前谭木匠与发展商签订《商品房买卖合同》，以总价人民币3355.63万元购得位于句容市的物业，并已全额支付款项且实际占有使用。但因建兴置业未能解除物业抵押、结清相关税费，导致谭木匠一直未能取得业主所有权文件。
此后建兴置业陷入财务困境，并进入破产清算程序。2021年2月份，破产管理人通知谭木匠终止合同、返还物业并提起诉讼。苏州市姑苏区人民法院于2021年7月份作出一审判决，判令谭木匠返还物业。2025年12月29日，江苏省高级人民法院驳回了谭木匠的再审申请。此后，谭木匠依据民事诉讼法之规定，向江苏省苏州市人民检察院提出监督申请，江苏省苏州市人民检察院经审查认为符合受理条件，决定予以受理。
