智通财经APP获悉，南方科创板50(03109)涨超4%，据悉，南方科创板50为首只在港交所上市的追踪科创板50指数的ETF。就权重股来看，大部分处于当下热门的半导体行业，包括中芯国际、海光信息、中微公司、澜起科技等。截至发稿，涨4.6%，报16.61港元，成交额1769.57万港元。
消息面上，5月11日，科创50指数持续走高，盘中拉升涨超5%，突破2020年7月14日的1726.19高点，创历史新高。在全球范围内芯片股继续受到追捧的大背景下，A股芯片赛道暴涨，多股创下新高。中金公司研报称，目前云厂商和芯片环节估值正处于2023年以来的较低分位，尚未到2024年7月和2025年10月两次泡沫担忧估值普遍处于的高位水平。由此看，7月中二季度业绩时可能成为下一轮行情验证和方向切换的关键节点。
