消息面上，亚太资源发布公告，Tanami Gold曾就Tanami供股事宜接触本公司，并且询问本集团是否会认购其供股配额。于2026年5月7日，亚太资源矿业签立确认函，据此，其同意根据Tanami供股认购其供股配额，即5.44亿股Tanami Gold股份(相当于Tanami供股后Tanami Gold经扩大已发行股本约46.30%)，金额约为3264.1万澳元(不包括交易成本)，即每股Tanami Gold股份约0.06澳元。
于认购事项完成后，本集团将持有10.88亿股Tanami Gold股份，相当于 Tanami供股后Tanami Gold经扩大已发行股本约46.30%。
