消息面上，据新华制药公众号消息，近日，新华制药自主研发的盐酸苄丝肼原料药正式收到国家药品监督管理局核准签发的《化学原料药上市申请批准通知书》，获准上市生产。这是新华制药在神经系统疾病治疗领域的又一重要成果，标志着公司在帕金森病全链条药物供应体系上实现新突破。
据悉，盐酸苄丝肼是外周多巴脱羧酶抑制剂，作为经典帕金森病治疗复方制剂“左旋多巴/苄丝肼”的核心组分，可大幅降低左旋多巴的外周不良反应，提升治疗效果。本品制剂属于《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录(2025年)》甲类品种。根据相关统计数据，2025年中国公立医疗机构多巴丝肼相关制剂销售额约为人民币14亿元。
