该系统将整合交易所交易记录与区块链数据，识别洗钱、未申报赠与和离岸逃税等可疑交易，并将追踪范围扩展至非托管钱包。国税厅正与 Upbit、Bithumb 等五大交易所协调实施细节，最终税务指南预计于 2026 年底出台。
韩国金融服务委员会调查显示，该国已验证加密投资者超过 1,100 万，但增速大幅放缓，可交易账户增长率从 2024 年上半年的 25% 降至下半年的 3%。韩国政府已确认将于 2027 年 1 月 1 日起对加密资产收益征收 22% 的税，年收益超过约 1,800 美元的部分需缴税。该税种已从原定的 2025 年两次延期。
