消息面上，国富量子发布公告，公司与医图生科订立战略合作谅解备忘录，旨在推进双方在量子科技相关领域的合作，该备忘录不具有法律约束力。双方拟通过基于里程碑的授权模式，在三大领域开展合作：共同营运医图生科量子AIDD平台并推进相关资产收购、联合成立量子前沿科技投资基金、在香港共建量子计算中心。
董事会认为，战略合作为本集团提供了机遇，以进一步探索尖端技术领域的发展及其资源与医图生科基础设施(如QureGen AI及TyxonQ平台)的潜在整合；及瞄准药物发现及新材料设计等领域，并利用医图生科现有的药物管线及量子人工智能计算资产，借以探索丰富本集团的潜在收入来源。
