智通财经APP讯，沪港联合(01001)发布公告，于2026年5月11日，公司的附属公司已就香港特别行政区政府就位于新界青衣青强街之先进建造业大楼(Advanced Construction Industry Building，“先进建造业大楼”)发展项目所发出的招标邀请提交投标书。
该项目由政府以双信封制招标方式进行，以甄选一名具备能力的非政府合作伙伴，于30年之合约期内，按“建造-营运-移交”(Build–Operate–Transfer)安排，负责该项目的设计、融资、建造、维修及营运。根据招标要求，该先进建造业大楼的最低楼面面积规定为 15,000 平方米须用作钢筋预制工场、5,000 平方米须用作机电装备合成加工(“MiMEP”)工场，以及 5,000 平方米作为预留面积，指定用作钢筋预装工场及/或 MiMEP 工场，以向有兴趣之营运商授出分租牌照。其他建造业相关的先进制造设施，则不设最低面积要求。
