凤凰网财经讯 日前，多个社交平台有消息称，新能源车OTA“锁电”乱象发酵，相关用户投诉爆发。单月投诉量突破1.2万件，同比暴涨273%。监管部门出手约谈8家涉事新能源车企，其中3家被立案调查，2家已紧急撤回争议OTA升级包。被传8家车企为，比亚迪、特斯拉、小鹏、理想、蔚来、问界、极氪、广汽埃安。
