Cornerstone Total Return Fund （CRF） 周一宣布，将于5月29日向登记在册的股东派发每股0.1176美元的月度股息，除息日为5月15日。

　　这是该封闭式基金按月度派息政策进行的常规分配。根据公司此前公布的计划，CRF的月度派息额已从去年第四季度的0.1168美元小幅上调至0.1176美元，并至少在2026年前三个季度维持该水平。

　　按当前股价计算，CRF的年化股息率约为19.65%。作为封闭式管理投资公司，CRF的投资目标是在追求资本增值的同时兼顾当期收益，其投资组合主要涵盖大、中、小盘股公司的权益证券，包括普通股、优先股及可转换证券等。

　　值得注意的是，该基金的派息并非完全来自投资收益或已实现资本利得。根据公司的披露信息，在当前经济环境下，2026年的部分月度派息预计将包含“返还本金”的成分。董事会认为，通过稳定且高频率的月度分配，可以为股东提供更好的流动性和投资组合管理灵活性。
